"Al kein yomru hamoshlim bo'u cheshbon."
Moshlim means those who control themselves, those who rule over themselves. These are men of virtue. A great man is one who has learned to be in control, he doesn't do anything unless he consults his wisdom, his reason. They are the moshlim and they say "bo'u cheshbon" come to cheshbon.
